Amazing hotel. We stopped for a single night and it was amazing. Beds were a bit hard BUT we slept well. The Breakfast was amazing and the manager made sure everything was kept clean and filled at breakfast. The staff was welcoming and they SMILED!!! we just came back from Abbotaford BC and that hotel no one smiles very unwelcoming, completely different at SureStay in Brook. Tooo expensive
The lady at the front desk is very hard to understand her English She is very argumentative and rude!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was new, clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was good! Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this hotel!
