One of the smoothest trips to the airport I've ever had. Their shuttles were timely and professional. Very clean facilities and no surprise mention of a security deposit at check in. One of my better experiences for a hundred dollar room. I will be coming here for all my future phoenix international airport business. ( Positive criticism: once they get the weather sealing replaced around the doors, i would consider the rooms 100% perfect. Clean rooms . Shuttle conction. Good value for over night btween flights.
Really convenient to the airport especially when arriving late and needing a rest. Rooms are immaculate and shuttle very nice.
I saw complaints about a dingy area, by no was in dingy. The hotel was clean, the staff frindly, it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. We would stay here again..
