Very pleased with my stay at Surestay Whittington. I arrived at 10:20pm for a late check-in and was promptly greeted at the front desk. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and spacious, and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was very basic... coffee, cereal, bagels, yogurt, and fruit. I would definitely stay there again if the need arises. If you are looking for a no-frills and economical place to stay, this hotel is a good choice.
Nice rooms. Beds average, nice assortment of pillows. Pet friendly a plus! Breakfast needs work - carbs only. Quiet - no road noise.
Super clean! Friendly staff! Good breakfast! Typical continental..coffee, bagels, toast, fresh donuts, several choices of cereal, muffins, yogurts, milk and 3 juices and all the condiments you need! A little gem hidden in the middle of no where! Great place to stop and rest and move on!!! Pricing beyond reasonable!!
The breakfast was disappointing but the room was clean and it was very close to the highway which was what we needed. The reason it got an easy 10 from us was because Crystal (the night shift girl at the desk) was beyond wonderful and helpful. We had to stop midway road trip at midnight because one of our babies was throwing up nonstop. My husband went and got her clothes and carseat because they were covered and Crystal told him to go get some sleep and she would handle it.
