We stayed there a couple of days, and appreciated the hotel service. Being a less expensive hotel, it had all the ammenities we look for even at more expensive hotels. We liked the gym. When one air conditioning appliance wasn't working well enough, they allowed us to move without questions. Michael at the front desk was very professional and made us feel appreciated. We will tell our friends and family.

I stayed here a few weeks ago and discovered an extra charge on my credit card. When I called and asked why, they said I did damage to a room when I did not. There was a hole in the bathroom wall when I checked in, and I made the mistake of not reporting it because I assumed the staff knew about it. The front desk was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me when I asked about the charge. Now I am stuck disputing the charge with my card. Report any flaws with your room because this hotel will try to scam you.
