Hopefully my 5 star rating will help them. This hotel is pretty nice the rooms are remodeled and fresh. I ordered a smoke room an it didn’t even smell of nun but freshness when I walked in the room. The hotel staff are even nice and don’t rush you out at 11am. This place is my new fav hotel in Houston area, thank yall an keep up the good work. I stayed in room 309. Oh the bed was even comfy and pillows were fluffy. And a roll around chair I loved sitting in.

This hotel is a hidden 💎, it has the best beds I've ever slept on! Very clean. It's the best hotel I've ever stayed at and really cheap for the clean beautiful room and really lit up outside! I wanted to add don't believe any of the people posting bad reviews! This hotel is beyond the best around this area at this price! When we arrived, there was no hot water, so we couldn't shower. They said they had to "check the boiler." The water was at least warm enough to shower in the morning but was not "hot." The room was clean. Highway noise was excessive.

As i notice from time to time i check the reviews where I am staying as well by taking a survey at the hotel that I am speaking of its my home away from home and after staying for sometime now I never was disappointed in anyway, the over all server is 4.5 and most days 5 as well the staff is welcoming and i sleep good at night to be continued....

It's what you used to expect from this class of hotel pre-COVID. The breakfast was fine. It had some actual protein. Room was reasonably clean and quiet. Dershi and the front desk were helpful and polite. Could I nitpick? Sure, but they checked all the boxes for this class of hotel.
