Bedbug Infestation – Horrible Experience I stayed at SureStay by Best Western Sacramento South Natomas from Aug 17 to August 19, 2025 and unfortunately, my experience was ruined by a serious bedbug problem in my room. After the first night, I noticed multiple itchy, red bites all over my body especially on my face, which only got worse with each passing day. It became clear that the room was infested with bedbugs. Very nice spacious rooms pricing was very good thru hot wire app. Breakfast in the morning . A little noisy but thats 2 be expected
The rooms are very cheap and clean enough. The windows are poorly sealed so alllll of the road noise gets in. My major problem was that the front desk accidentally gave out the wrong room keys twice. First to the man checking-in in front of us who walked in on someone, then they put us in the wrong room so someone tried to walk into our room later that night. Fortunately we had the lock engaged, but it was a stressful time for all involved. Not highly recommended.
