Very centrally located, clean, and comfortable hotel. The rooms are exceptionally cozy.
I’m not sure why there are so many good reviews. When we checked in the cashier tried to say my card declined but I already had the notification that my card was charged and then the second transaction was declined. So I’m not sure if they tried to charge me twice or what. That could have been something innocent but our overall experience was bad.The second we got into our room there was short black hair all over, the remote and bidet controller were crusty, and one of the bathroom tiles was broken.
