Sure Stay was a disappointing experience. I had booked a four-day stay, but upon arrival, the customer service was lacking; the staff didn’t greet me warmly and seemed disinterested in assisting. Unfortunately, a guest of mine accidentally damaged the property, which led to them allowing me to stay for only one night. They kept my payment for the remaining three nights, as well as my deposit. Very disappointing experience with the front desk employee who was working that evening 07/15/2026. Due to an unexpected situation, I urgently needed to find a hotel late at night. It was already around 11:00 PM, my phone battery was at only 3%, and unfortunately I didn’t have my physical ID with me.
