I am very disappointed with my recent experience. The clinic seems to prioritize billing visibility over patient care. Even though I had cleared all my dues and provided payment confirmation, my essential blood pressure medication was not refilled simply because the payment hadn't yet reflected in their internal system — a delay that typically takes 2–3 days. I've been going to Dr Suresh for the last 4 years, and she always listens to my concerns patiently. She is always kind and compassionate, and never rushed in and out. My only complaint would be that her staff is not always on top of things.
