My appointment was right in time. The staff was quick and courtious. Dr. Saresh explained everything in great detail. Very satisfied with my experience here.
While actually seeing the doctor was a good experience when I saw him, but calling the office to get an appointment especially when an issue came up. One star because nobody answered the phone and it kept ringing. The other issues was the staff would answer the phone and put you on hold but never get back on the line. Was on hold for 14.51 and another call for 11:02 and gave up. So got a chance to say hello, was a please hold and silence.
Very professional and personable. Has taken care of me for 10 years. Has my respect and gratitude.
