I ordered 30 x 50mg CBD soft gels, and only received 25 of them in the sealed container. The contact number on the website doesn't exist. And you can't actually the send a message on the Contact Us form. I would've used them again as they had the cheapest prices. Now they won't get repeat business. And I imagine this will be the case for every other person they short change. Seems very short sighted
I have been a customer of Surepure for several years. Up to now they have been good at fulfilling my orders. However, even after contacting them several times, they are refusing to fulfill my order from April this year. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards and maybe others.
In these days of instant gratification, bear in mind it's a small company, your order will be delivered, just not within 24hrs!! I had an issue with an order, which was sorted to my satisfaction so overall I would recommend Surepure.
Still waiting for a delivery that was placed 2nd December. Not answering the phone or email messages. I've started a charge back process with the bank for non recepit of goods. It's such a shame as we have been customers for years and will now have to look elsewhere.
Never order from this company unless you are willing to wait 2 weeks for delivery, I could have picked the parcel up in a few hours yet it's taking them over 10 days to deliver
