Went in for a hand injury, front desk lady was so sweet. My nurse and physician were also amazing and kind. They were very open about the process and time, which was pretty fast. Definitely know where to go for any emergencies
Staff here is amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful and the visit was quick.
3.5 rounded up.. Service was great. I was in and saw the doctor in less than 10 minutes. An emergent patient came in while I was there and they needed to tend to that patient before they could finish with me. Totally understandable. The service really was great though. My low star rating is that this is an Emergency Room. It is not an urgent care. They bill you for an emergency room visit as if you go to a hospital. This part I did not know at all and was not made aware of. Therefore I’m now paying a large amount for an ear ... read more
