The situation below happened to me recently. I posted about it and received a response suggesting I call or email customer service. I emailed them right before the weekend, honestly not expecting much to come of it. But this Monday morning, I got a call from them. I was told that I should have been allowed back in at no charge and that the issue should have been escalated before I was asked to pay again. I normally do not post reviews but this is Absolutely disgusting I went to the facility due to broken ribs i receved in a accident on father's day.The facility did nothing I asked for. I needed a CT scan. This is also what I requested and was refused... an x-ray was performed the unhelpful Dr. RObbinson said i had no broken ribs and I was just bruised. (I was in severe pain). The most welcoming and friendly staff. The Doctor and nurses explained everything thoroughly and gave great advice. I 100% recommend this Emergency Center.
Awesome staff. I came in and was taken care of immediately. I could not recommend this place any higher.
