We had a great experience at Surepoint care for my 5-year-old daughter. The doctor explained everything in a way that made both of us feel comfortable and understood. They were patient, kind, and really took the time to listen. Dr. Talati, Shawn, Randy, and Jesse were all wonderful as well. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the visit much less stressful for my little girl. It’s such a relief to find a team that truly cares about kids and makes them feel safe. Highly recommend!

The staff was wonderful and answered all of our questions. Shawn deserves a raise! He was excellent drawing blood.
I came in with pain and was treated immediately, They were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in and had interaction with The receptionist/registration Bryan. I felt very comfortable. They were very welcoming registered nurse Shawn was very kind and sweet went above and beyond. Dr Talati was Awsome he took the time to hear my problem I felt heard and understood in no way did I feel like I was rushed. They truly make you feel welcomed and cared for.
