Dr V is great, BUT front stuff is crazy, i never normally give review. Front desk people think of them self as Doctors, this needs to fixed ASAP, this is not China, if patient Request to speak to their Doctor, a 2 min call should not be rejected or even refuse to give the doctor on call doctor massage , "saying i know more then Doctor", "no doctor will call you back" wow amazing! please fix your office , before front desk start doing surgery and kill some one. this is what happen when you give power to people who don't know ... read more
STAY AWAY!! My grandma Mrs Kanevsky was sent to this doctor because Dr Adler retired, who was amazing by the way. Girls at the desk and assistants don't know what's going on. No communication what's so ever. Within one week every two days a diffrent girl calls asking the same questions the last girl asked. They tell me her blood thiner is high I take her to the lab for blood work twice. It took them six days to get back to me, ofcourse I told her to restart her medication. Been a patient here for about 9 years and I'm very pleased with the care I've received.
Receptionist was rude, hung up the phone on me, had to go down to the office just to figure out what was going on with my records being sent to another office, she was upset I didn’t want to hear her excuse as to why she hung up the phone and had the doctor discharge me LOL
