Fast and easy experience. I started my rental from start to finish online and over the phone. They texted me the access code for whenever I was ready and that was it.
Update: now there are issues. New management company has taken over, no emails, website barely works, I cant pay online. What the heck? Maybe to move to another place. I have used storage places in the area and this one is this best I’ve used. Most affordable and no issues.
This property has been formally notified of a serious safety hazard and has failed to take action for over two months. On November 3, 2025, I reported multiple large craters throughout the lot at the Surelock Storage location in Lowell, IN. These conditions make the property unsafe for box trucks and semi-trucks, which are actively accessing units at this facility. Nice open facility, clean unit. Their online booking system would not work for me so I had to call a number and work with someone offshore to get it all set up.
