On November 3, 2025, I reported multiple large craters throughout the lot at the Surelock Storage location in Lowell, IN. These conditions make the property unsafe for box trucks and semi-trucks, which are actively accessing units at this facility. Nice open facility, clean unit. Their online booking system would not work for me so I had to call a number and work with someone offshore to get it all set up.
There were initially problems with the entry code. The storage space is excellent. Dry. Has a light on a timer.no need for putting everything on pallets. Now that the pass code has been resolved. I can empty my original locker elsewhere, unloaded and lower my costs. I can recommend this storage space!
I have used storage places in the area and this one is this best I’ve used. Most affordable and no issues.
