This is the second time I have stored with this company. The first as well as when I moved in this second time it was owned by a private owner and was good but needed some improvements. When this new company took over it was a bit of a process. I had dropped off the payment physically at the unit just a week before I was informed about the take over and the new way to pay. I do not like the new 10 day policy as well as the implementation of lock out if you don’t pay on the first For someone like myself on a fixed income I can’t always pay on the first I need to wait for my Social Security check to pay by the time that happens I am locked out and a late fee is added At least the previous owners were willing to work with you where these people are not all they care about is the money
