It was time to replace our hot water tank, and I reached out to Jarrett as I have heard positive feedback from others who have used his services. I found him responsive, explained options, and arrived as expected. Jarrett was easy to deal with and had no problem answering any questions I had. He took the time and completed the job in a professional and courteous manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Jarrett to friends and family, and will be using his services again in the future.
I used Sureguard to fix a leaking faucet in my shower. Unfortunately after sending a sub contractor over 7 hours late from our scheduled time the work was not completed. I paid for the service call as per the direction of his sub via an interac etransfer. No invoice was ever sent in receipt of my payment, but the money was most definitely delivered.
