Connor is a ski lifesaver! I’ve been skiing for 50 years and this season I needed new boots. After multiple VERY bad ski days on the wrong boots, I was almost ready to give up the sport of skiing. Connor was able to get me in the correct boot for my difficult foot (high instep, narrow heel, wide forefoot, prominent nerve/artery issue on top of foot) His attention to detail enabled him to figure this out! Surefoot is by far the best for ski boot fittings. Ricky helped me and is an all star here. He helped me go from my feet being numb to pain free in my new ski boots. Can't believe ski boots can actually be comfortable. So impressed by this staff - they will customize your boots all in 20 minutes to make sure you're out enjoying your time on the slopes!

This place is amazing! New boots feel incredible. Ricky did a tremendous job for us from start to finish. I would recommend this Surefoot location very highly to anyone!
