Since joining SureFit 4 months ago I have noticed such a huge difference in both my physical strength and mental health. The trainers and the community are super welcoming and motivating! Mitch has been incredible at tailoring workouts to suit my needs postpartum (and helping entertain the little one when necessary) bringing me back to the strongest I've ever been. I look forward to my workouts during the week and can't wait to be stronger than ever!
