Absolutely love training here. Group classes are great. But Mitch is an extremely switched trainer for PT which I love.
SureFit is a rippa gym! It’s super welcoming, motivating, and the community vibes make you want to work harder and put in the extra effort. There’s a great mix of classes — HIIT, cardio, strength, boxing, and more — all different and unique so you never get bored. Mitch and Tommy are the best! They’ve got great energy and really know how to adapt workouts to suit your needs. My PT sessions with Mitch have been fantastic. Somehow, Surefit has created an atmosphere where both seasoned gym-goers and complete beginners can feel comfortable and challenged in the same space. I’ve been (mostly!) enjoying PT sessions with Mitch for about 18 months now and really value the personalised approach he takes to planning each one. The trainers at Surefit strike the perfect balance — they know how to push you while still looking after you. I’d happily recommend Surefit to anyone looking for a supportive, motivating place to train.
Great range of classes for the early risers. Mitch is friendly, supportive and definitely works you hard!
