Extremely convenient for anyone who doesn’t have a lot of time. There are also plenty of helpful posters on the walls that make the process easy to follow. I made a mistake with the name on my account, but after texting the number listed on their website, it was corrected within minutes. I visited the El Monte location, and the experience was quick and hassle-free.

Not happy at all with your program. The class is all over the place. You need to fix that. Make the course easy to access & follow your directions. Text help, Jay is awesome. He deserves 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!!! One should not need to text him for help as much as I did to figure out and navigate through this course. Your coarse is redundant & a waste of time. We are paying you. You are NOT PAYING US to take your coarse. Make the coarse clear from the get go that you must complete modules @ home before you schedule to go into your spo... read more

Amazing office and staff...the staff was friendly and very supportive throughout the CPR course. They made the space comfortable to practice and to ask questions. I was able to successfully save the mannequins live and feel qualified if an emergency situation presents itself at home or anywhere.
