Had to send in my X300T for warranty repair. Tyler and Trevor were absolutely fantastic to deal with!
I came by because the clip on my flashlight is broken, and I was looking for a replacement. Parking was easy as there are a lot of parking spot available. The receptionist is very friendly. She was able to find someone to assist us promptly. The staff who assisted us gave us a few replacement clips and changed the batteries for my old flashlight. Excellent services! Warranty can’t be trusted. I contacted them to warranty a flashlight that leaked through the lens gasket in the rain and stopped working and was refused by Trevor Oosterhof, and then their manager Mark A. Nuques who unapologetically contradicted official warranty policy. They offered three reasons for being unable to perform warranty work on my light that I just can’t reconcile. Lifetime warranty! Just pay for replacement parts plus shipping and handling SMDH. Also not considering security officers as first responders shows you don’t know your clientele.
