I highly recommend using another specialist due to.the fact I had to reschedule my appointment 3 times for the exact same reason. Finally I had to call my insurance to find another specialist. The issue is it would have been my first appointment with this team and yet they send notice or call at the last minute. This is particularly troublesome for me being my illness is time sensitive. Although the receptionist is very nice this instability is detrimental to my continued survival.
