They were flexible when we delayed closing for a few hours, but our banker told me that their closing charges were the highest he has ever seen. Rather than packaging closing items, they charged for each individual item in what appeared to be an attempt to run up the bill. This comment is my opinion as it relates to my experience.
I represented the Buyer in a recent real estate transaction. As I always do, when asked who do I recommend for a Closing Attorney I gave the Buyer 3 names and their contact information. I was surprised and saddened that only 1 of the Attorney's bothered to return his call and give him a quote. I was not surprised that it was Sure Title that returned his call.
