5 stars! We're repeat customers, having used Allen for at least a decade and 3 homes so far. He is very responsive to calls and texts when scoping the work, good communicator, shows up ready to roll, brings a wide assortment of materials to treat surfaces from carpet, to tile, brick, hardwood, glass shower doors, furniture, etc. and takes pride in getting results. He's flexible for times of day, weekends, too, which really helps.
