They Illegally steal cars and then break into them and take things out of the vehicles. They stole my neighbor's car and when she got it back items were missing. How did this happen when her car was locked?
My car started to sound the alarm because he had touched it and he was going to take my car just because he wanted to take it. I came to complain to you about that because the sticker on the apartments is still good and he doesn't have the right to take it and it was parked correctly and the sticker was good and had no expiration date.
So my car got towed. My fault completely.i was not parked in visitors parking. I managed to catch the driver before he took the vehicle and wanted info on where it was going. He was real quick to offer to drop the vehicle if I had $150 cash on hand. Is this a business he works for or his side hustle making money off this business. This place needs to screen these shady people they are hiring.
BEWARE BEWARE.. OUTRAGES CHARGES... I called 10 min after vehicle was towed.6/5/21 6pm, they did not even have my car on their property, & when I asked how much it would cost to pick up my vehicle they quoted me $299. I freaked out.!! I called this company ask what the name of the towing company that towed my vehicle they responded RAPID RESPONSE TOWING, I Googled it it showed to be an address IN MANSFIELD TX. ATTENTION ALL REVIEWERS!!! This company does not tow your vehicles they do not even employ towing drivers because they do not tow your vehicle. There is the tow company and there is the facility that simply stores them. So yall want to get mad get mad at yourself for parking where you are not supposed too but getting all bent outta shape and then being mad when you go to get your car is not going to help your situation especially because they did not have anything to do with your car being towed they ARE NOT THE TOW COMPANY... read more
