A big Thank you to Brian and his team at Surestart. For sorting out my motorhome ,which had a very bad diesel leak. From the first moment , Brian and Phil looked at the vehicle, they assured me that it was not as bad as first diagnosed by the recovery team . In the end a very satisfied customer ,who has nothing but praise for the team and their professionalism. Brilliant service,highly recommended.
I rang sure start and shared my DPF filter need cleaning. they asked me to drop the car off on Friday the 10th of January, I arrived and the building was closed. I rang no answer, this should of been the first red flag I returned after lunch to drop the keys off as they decided to open then. had a further phone call to say cleaning the filter is a massive job and would take at least 9 hours. there is no alternative as car was in limp mode so had to proceed. 1 week passed.
