Great experience all round and piece of mind having the transmission serviced. Kim was great at communicating costs and arranging a booking and when it came to the sevice it was a half day as mentioned which was great. Got a little run down of what they had seen when servicing my car which was great confirming it was much needed. Thanks again and I would recommend to all.
Sure Shift and the (very small) team are amazing. Our 6l80 box couldn't handle the new hp we put in to our car. Scott built the gearbox tough and suggested a bigger converter and it changes gear like lightning. 12.4 quarter mile before, 11.6 after while still driving like a dream. Really good for gear change tuning too. Best gearbox shop around, be aware they are a very small team and you may have to jump in the queue to get your car worked on but it is most definitely worth it. Very happy customer.

I can’t recommend Scott (sure shift automatics) highly enough, he needs 10stars. I’ve recently had numerous dealings with Scott for both our Holden vf Calais V. After doing heads, cam, stall converter, and supporting mods on the black Calais, the gearbox was never happy. We had a “reputable” bloke tune the box and was better but not great. I'm very happy with the work Scott just completed on my 335i. Lesson learnt - do not allow anyone other than a transmission specialist work on your transmission. Scott's work was timely and reasonably priced. He is clearly an expert in this field and does not let anyone else touch your car, i.e., no juniors or trainees. Kim in the office was very helpful and communicative. Couldn't be happier. Thoroughly recommend this family business in Virginia QLD.
