I am incredibly impressed with the Sure-Seal team! They were professional and efficient. They did a fantastic job making the lot safe with some new asphalt in Etobicoke for us. Highly recommend their patching services in the Toronto area!
Transacting business with a professional people like Lance makes a little project works best. He was one among few contractors asked by the board to come over and to discuss details of work and he presented it well so his team did it accordingly. Payment got delayed because of a reason and we were not penalized. So if someone is looking a pavement contractor, this team is highly recommended.
Always leery and suspicious of handing over a large advance deposit to secure a date. But Lance seemed like a nice guy that knew his work. Lo and behold when the day came ( May 24 weekend of 2021 ) that we planned 5 months earlier they showed up in force, organized and on time.
