The reason why I'm giving them a one-star is because they sent a letter to my mom saying that they had she had to pay the months they have missed or is going to be sold at auction she paid what they asked and now they're not answering the phone after they got the money order so if I was you I wouldn't rent from them I would go to a U-Haul running place cuz they have storage units there and get a storage unit there
The folks here are amazing they are always super nice and very helpful. The units are a great size I have been with them for years now and have never experienced any issues with the staff or the unit.
