We had such a poor experience with this company. We purchased a new home and needed locks changed on 3 exterior doors. I asked the tech for an estimate before he began the job, and he said the first two doors would be $150 each and he’d have to check the price of the third. The first two locks were installed very poorly (they are VERY difficult to lock/unlock, to a point that they wouldn’t be safe in an emergency if we needed to exit quickly).
