My daughter locked her keys in her car while getting packed to come home over spring break. She called the Chicago offices and was given a price estimate for unlocking her car. We had such a poor experience with this company. We purchased a new home and needed locks changed on 3 exterior doors. I asked the tech for an estimate before he began the job, and he said the first two doors would be $150 each and he’d have to check the price of the third. The first two locks were installed very poorly (they are VERY difficult to lock/unlock, to a point that they wouldn’t be safe in an emergency if we needed to exit quickly).
