My window spontaneously went down and won't go back up. During an extreme cold warning, they weren't able to offer any help for weeks, because they're too busy. not even to try to manually pull the window up. Seem nice otherwise. If you need help urgently, don't bother.
Great customer service! Had a flat tire and had to be in Winnipeg later in the day. The guys were able to fix it for me that morning so I could be on my way. Would definitely recommend them
