If you're looking for a restoration provider, look no further! I've had the pleasure of using Sure Kleen twice and both times, they were very responsive. The did such a good job, you couldn't even tell anything happened. The firs time, mold was found and they remediated it restored my office. This year, my refrigerator line leaked and caused flooding in my basement. I called Monday morning and they were out here the same day! I wish 0/5 were an option. To respond back to your comment, the office was called. I was advised to speak to Vince and that is how I got his contact information. I understand people go on vacation, however; assuming Vince has read the email 3 weeks later, I never got a response or a phone call which would be the professional thing to do. Now I am left with a bigger mess to clean up than what I started with. Please do better.
Guy came, took two photos and said he’d get me a proposal. No proposal ever came. Later I get chased down aggressively for a $175 inspection fee.
My apartment flooded on a Friday and I started the claim that evening through insurance. I had an appointment with Sure Kleen less than 24 hours later and the trio of Zak, Matt, and Justin were amazing! They took the time to thoroughly explain next steps of the mitigation process and answered every single question I had with such incredible customer service and compassion for the situation.
