Could not possibly recommend this place to anyone. I was given this company's info while searching for reliable insurance brokers online and this one came up as number 1. What a joke. I called the number on the website to get a free quote as advertised and the dude on the other end awkwardly apologized and hung up on me. He then declined my two additional calls afterwards. why do I have a charge on my card for your business 5/12. who has my numbers. Not a customer and not a renter as I own my home in Utah...somebodys skimming accounts
I would not recommend this company under absolutely 0 circumstances. Getting claims from them is a nightmare and they owe me money for a renewal and it had taken over 3 months to get it back. I had a flood last winter. Their ONE employee responsible for renters insurance was on vacation for 2 weeks. This is not his fault, but you would think they would have another employee to cover for him. NOPE. I had a completely flooded apartment (not due to my fault).
