Great experience with Jeremy from Sure Flow Plumbing & Heating. Replaced two bathroom vanities, 3 faucets, upgraded some other items as well. Sure Flow was very prompt dealing with our request and Jeremy was pleasant, hard-working, and efficient dealing with our needs. Highly recommend.

Untrustworthy and Disappointing Experience I had a very negative experience — felt completely ripped off and misled - the technician arrived was very rude and they charged me $100. Their promises were not delivered, communication was poor, and overall service was dishonest. I strongly advise others to avoid using them. Save your time, money, and peace of mind.

I bought my own water softener and had Sure Flow install it for me, I was charged $600 for the install. I had issues with water quality and wanted to make sure it was running properly as my water still had an extremely salty taste immediately after the install. It took seven calls over several weeks for them to come to verify the unit was installed correctly, all I got was a "yes it was done right" and another $100 bill.
