I bought my own water softener and had Sure Flow install it for me, I was charged $600 for the install. I had issues with water quality and wanted to make sure it was running properly as my water still had an extremely salty taste immediately after the install. It took seven calls over several weeks for them to come to verify the unit was installed correctly, all I got was a "yes it was done right" and another $100 bill.

Fast and efficient service. My voicemail was answered quickly and the plumber phoned me when he was on his way. Great and professional workmanship. They offer 7 days a week and 24 hour service.
