We are beyond happy with the prompt service and quality of work that we received! We had all of our water & drainage lines replaced in our home, they were able to do the work within a week of giving use our quote and completed the work in 2 days! We had asked them to redirect a drainage line, which they did without an issue, we feel that they went above and beyond what we expected and the esthetic turned out great. Sadly Disappointed Our house had draining issues. It was a Sunday and a holiday wknd. We were surprised to hear its not only double time but now also a 3 hour minimum on Sundays. So ok, we needed it fixed . The plumber showed up and resolved a basement floor drain issue and was gone in little over 45 minutes. He did not check the house. He was informed that the house still had drain issues, that were functioning prior to all this. He wouldn't come back, said it was a separate issue and he wasn't working for free. I am writing because I am appalled by the service my 92-year-old mother received this past weekend. We called you in an emergency, and frankly, we feel completely taken advantage of. even though the plumber was there less than 45 minutes, And we later discovered that he still did not fix the draining issues. When we made him aware of it. He still refused to come back, even though we paid him his minimum outrageous charge of three hours and charged almost $900!!
