Melissa and the team at VSC Fire & Security are a pleasure to work with. From management to the technicians, they know their stuff. We’ve enjoyed doing business with their Salisbury location and highly recommend the team!

I will let the pictures speak for themselves, Unfortunately I have to give them one ⭐ to make people aware!! My antifreeze had to be replaced into 2 systems and they will not take responsibility for it . And As a result of the very poor quality work they done I had very upset customers And bad ratings because of them ,,, The customer service also terrible along with the way they speak to there customers,,

Rude staff was warned not to put their dirty boots on my child’s rug in their bedroom. The bedroom door was closed to prevent this. He says “I just have to take one step to look at the sprinkler.” He takes two and stomps on my kids rug. No apology. So I ask if they have booties they could wear when entering someone’s residence. No answer, guy just walked away from me. Disgusting.
