Rude staff was warned not to put their dirty boots on my child’s rug in their bedroom. The bedroom door was closed to prevent this. He says “I just have to take one step to look at the sprinkler.” He takes two and stomps on my kids rug. No apology. So I ask if they have booties they could wear when entering someone’s residence. No answer, guy just walked away from me. Disgusting.
The manager Melissa was very rude and hung up the phone on me. This place does not care if you are a small business and prioritizes big business over the needs of the little guy. I do not recommend to use them at all. Very disappointed.
Service is top notch. Staff are extremely knowledgeable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for sprinkler work.
