A pattern of unclear and inconsistent explanations about add-on fees not covered by insurance—raises a flag when you have multiple weekly visits. And some phone reps don’t seem to care much about customer service. We were told a $7.50 per visit add-on was a “concierge fee” and another time that it was for gas/ mileage for therapist. Yet there is nothing “concierge” about services, and therapists said they were not reimbursed for gas/ mileage. I cannot recommend Sure Cure Therapy enough! I came here for physical therapy and other treatments, and the experience has been phenomenal. What sets them apart is their incredible staff and the level of personal care they provide. You aren't just a number to them; they genuinely listen and tailor the treatments to your specific needs. The people at Sure Cure are wonderful and definitely concerned about your well-being. I discovered new ways to help with my MFS and Fibromyalgia. They also helped with my slight tear to my meniscus W/O surgery! YAY.
Dr. Sanket and Dr. Niti are outstanding. Their knowledge on pain management is phenomenal. Thank you for relieving my pain. The office staff is fantastic and extremely courteous. Been there several times and the service is always consistent and extremely economical. Thank you.
