We had our unit go out in the middle of August on a Sunday. I called and they had us a new unit the same day at a very reasonable price. I will always use them for anything AC related
Our capacitor went out last night, and I called today to see if they could fit us in. Andrea was so kind and helpful! She made an effort to slide us in and was able to do so. Corbin and Josh, arrived and were friendly, cordial, and respectful… they even removed their shoes before entering our home. The service fee and bill was very reasonable! We’d like to thank you Sure-Air for your prompt, courteous service and for making our home comfortable again!! Stefanie and Dan
