I wish I was able to give a higher rating but unfortunately we came to you for help between a loving mother and a troubled teen boy with tbi. Instead we found out that apparently the staff is incapable of handling what we had thought was something they were experienced in dealing with,now the boy will be sent someplace scary for something that comes naturally in teen boys The mother however gets to have sleepless nights wondering if that boy is safe or not. I have been bringing my kids here for a few years. One was tested and both are in therapy. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. My kids are always excited to come and I have noticed changes in their attitudes and behavior. I highly recommend this practice.
Most unprofessional group of people you'll ever meet. My daughter went here and it seemed great until I realized how rude and condescending the staff are. If you or a loved one are dealing with mental illness this is NOT the place you want to go.
