The GM Jonathan has great customer service.
Stopped in at Surcheros for a to-go order and had a genuinely great experience thanks to Jonathan. He took my order and handled everything with the kind of attentiveness and friendliness that’s become rare. It was refreshing — the kind of customer service that actually makes you want to come back. Food was great too, but Jonathan is the reason I’m leaving this review. If he’s a manager, it shows. Thanks for making a simple dinner pickup feel like a five-star stop.
The food was delicious, very good price , and the service was perfect, especially Margarita. Thank you.
