We have never eaten at a Surcheros before, so trying to evaluate what to order was tough. First bite of crunchy taco with ground beef, I was shocked how delicious it was! The entire time I was eating it, I was trying to see if something specifically was standing out as to why it was so good, but I think it was just a great combination.
