I’ve always had great experiences at Surcheros, which is why today was so disappointing. I accidentally ordered the smaller burrito, which I understand comes with a limited number of toppings. However, when I asked if I could add a side of extra toppings (and was fully willing to pay for them), the employee became visibly frustrated and refused.
