The food was fresh, delicious and at a great price. Zach was courteous, friendly and very helpful and is definitely an asset to the company . My husband and I met the manager Wayne and were impressed how hardworking, knowledgeable, professional and caring of his employees. We definitely recommend to visit.
The new (?) manager has turned it around! In the past, the food at Surcheros has always been amazing.. but the service and atmosphere has lacked a little. He has gotten it on track! The restaurant is clean, the employees are kind, the music is not too loud- and you can tell he cares about every aspect of the restaurant experience. And- he helps his staff! I will be visiting more frequently!

I've tried this place and I really wanted to like it. First time was okay, nothing outstanding. 2nd time was just before closing and my burrito tasted like cleaner. I called and was told that's not possible. 3rd time was on Saturday right at opening (I sat in car for 15minues for them to open). I was their 2nd customer of the day. Every counter looked like a dirty rag was used. I mean from were they pepare food, register to the side station. Disgusting. Nope. Will not be going back.
