I absolutely loooove Surcheros but I will never come to this location again. I got a burrito bowl with beans and they do not strain the liquid when adding beans. I stopped in on my way home so I didn't see the mess until I got home. It was like soup in my container and definitely not edible. I wasted $16 bucks. Even after I scanned my app, I never got my points either. If I did not live a distance away, I would've brought it back. So disappointed.
Have eating here once a week for awhile. Have never had issues, even when they are short staffed. They work hard dealing with on line orders. And walkin customers. Today, 5/30/26 @ 12pm. Only 3 ladies working, and getting it done. No complaints here. Want to thank them for there service, and hard work.
Rosa was amazing, there was a mixup with my mobile order and ended up getting an extra free meal!🥰
