I always have an amazing experience at this location when the lady manager with the nose ring and short hair is working. I always forget her name so sorry for the description. She is the most friendly and efficient manager always on the line helping out her team and going above and beyond, and while today I went at lunch rush and they were out of my favorite spicy garlic salsa I still had an extremely pleasant experience. Employees like her give me hope. Thank you!

I did a mobile order and the girls at the window were rude and asked me my name 5 times before telling me to pull up (there’s no second window). Gave my bf attitude when he went inside to get the food, and took another 10 minutes to make it. And then forgot my cheese on my burrito which I paid extra for and was rude when I asked about it.

We have been a long time supporters of this Surcheros and it is hands-down the worst customer service of any of the Surcheros I have eaten at. It used to be great, but within the past year or so has gone downhill…also not to mention the fact that the portion sizes have tremendously shrunk.
