Management needs to be aware of the following; There were a number of flies landing on the "fresh" food during service. The salsa tasted watered down, not like the other Surcheros I ha e frequented. The burritos were left on the grill to long to almost burn on one side and not long enough on the other. Poor division of labor. The people that worked there were friendly but need better training and guidance. I won't come back.
