I waited a bit longer than usual but the young lady was sorry for my wait and very nice.
I was there yesterday. Mayley is the worst food service worker I have ever came across. I USED to come in all the time after yesterday, I will not be eating surcheros ANYMORE. I have experienced her attitude a time or two before but I just thought it was because she was pregnant. NO, SHE IS BACK AND WITH NO BABY BUMP. And, the attitude has gotten worse. I had an issue with my order at first, but the staff was extremely helpful and quick to fix it. They were understanding, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Mistakes happen but how they handled it really stood out. I appreciate the effort Donna and Kera put in to make things right!
