I really want to like this Surcheros because It’s one of my staples, but here at the dublin location it’s always something. The staff doesn’t seem to care anymore and will have a full conversation with each other right in front of you while you’re the only one in line waiting to order. This past time was the final straw when I got done driving 20 minutes home and found several hairs in my food that were 100% not mine. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced ANYWHERE . Literally have had better service at McDonald’s .
Very disappointed. Service was horrible… employees were purposely being slow. One lady with a horrendously rude attitude took two minutes to put on one glove, making sure each finger was carefully adjusted. She would put barely a pinch of each topping requested on each meal. Long line with no organization between the three employees. I’m surprised they pass a health inspection, dirty dirty dirty.
