They would not take a call in order. I assumed they were busy. When I arrived and walked in there was no one there. Not sure why they wouldn't take a to go order via phone?? Also, food was mediocre at best!
I really want to like this Surcheros because It’s one of my staples, but here at the dublin location it’s always something. The staff doesn’t seem to care anymore and will have a full conversation with each other right in front of you while you’re the only one in line waiting to order. This past time was the final straw when I got done driving 20 minutes home and found several hairs in my food that were 100% not mine.
