To begin with we have eaten multiple times, both delivery & inside. This is the first time that I am complaining about their food. Not that their food is bad but the way the food was prepared. The burrito was incredibly sloppy and soggy! I asked for it grilled and with queso and it was neither. The taco being somewhat soft I guess would happen being delivered so that's my fault. I feel bad for the people working here, my friend told me the manager is awful to the employees. She even said their health standards are unsafe. My friend quit but she told me not to eat here.
Service is cafeteria style, which enabled us to customize a burrito with lots of veggies to fit our vegan diet. We share a huge burrito and added mild sauces.
Not sure why some rated low. My family has been to several locations and didnt have any issues. Employees were really nice and helpful. Food tasted great no complaints.
I got a quesadilla and I enjoyed it very much. My husband got the burrito bowl and also enjoyed his meal. The queso is very tasty.
