I cannot say enough positive things about Surcheros here in Cartersville. They put Chipotle to shame! The food options are always fresh and delicious, plus I don't think the staff has ever had a bad day! Each and every one of them are always so friendly and accommodating. Just today I had the opportunity to meet Bailey, the assistant manager. She sets such a great example for the staff with her sincere kindness and great attention to detail. I am will continue to be a loyal patron. Keep up the great work, y'all!
Food is great and reasonably priced, and atmosphere is laid back. I have been several times. The only downfall is that there is a particular employee that apparently also is an employee of Taco Bell. She constantly talks about her experience, the other staff and customers that visit the Taco Bell that she works at. It wasn't just a one off thing, it has happened every single time I have came in. Very good food and the lady making the orders was pretty nice but the guy at the register was a bit rude needs manners!
