i usually love surcheros but i was super disappointed this time :( i did not receive any of the vegetables i ordered or even queso at all on my nachos
Food is good and employees are nice but the dining area/ rest of the restaurant is dirty. The tables and seats are always dirty. I noticed that they have a 77 on their health score....
I ordered extra beef and did not get much beef
Went in, stood at the counter for five minutes while no one acknowledged me, They’re talking bad about the food in front of me try and take rice out of the bin and it’s burnt. Don’t even understand what’s going on.
I normally love this place, but between my last meal having half the portion of rice I usually get, though it's the base of the bowl, and STALE ASS CHIPS, I think my time frequenting this place is done. Edit: I never sit, and normally pick up my order through the pick-up window, but based on other reviews that was for the best. Edit: It's nice that ya'll can reply to everyone else. I hope you're not feeding THEM stale chips too.
