As the owner Or Manager of a franchise like this one, leaving a bunch of teenage employees on their own on a Saturday afternoon seems like a grave management mistake to me. Picked up our mobile order to go and got home to realize that there was no protein in either of the items that we ordered that were supposed to be there. Called the store and asked if They would remake the order so it would be ready when I arrived. Let the wrong person take my food and refused to remake it. Crazy work
Burrito bowls are a guaranteed win at this spot.
I really had high hopes. The food today was good, however the toppings did not look fresh. I give the food 4 stars. The restaurant and grill area were beyond filthy. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting with mold etc in the toilet. I couldn't even use the bathroom. This place really needs a thorough cleaning. I unfortunately have to give the cleanliness 0 stars. This place is too new to look the way it did today. Please clean your restaurant.
Unfortunately, when my food arrived I found three hairs in it, which was really disappointing and made the meal hard to enjoy. I understand mistakes can happen, but I hope the restaurant can improve their hygiene and quality control. I paid for nothing
